Panera Bread has never done me wrong anywhere I go, and this place is no exception to that rule. Great friendly staff, amazing food. I have eaten here before but did a catering order for 40 people and it went amazingly smooth. Would definitely recommend this business to traveling business people for lunch presentations, or a place to stop to get a quick bite to eat.

It's panera. not much more to say. Good sandwiches, good soup. Wasn't busy when I went in, ordered, started filling my drink and BAM! food was ready.

I visit a lot of paneras and this one is a little sub standard. The food was decent but the service was a little shaky. The whole place needs to be scrubbed down and some of the seats replaced. Some were torn and had rips in the seats.

They need to display Gluten Free menus and educate their employees on GF request handling like Qdoba, Chik Fil A , Applebees, and just about every restaurant now.

Same quality food that we've come to expect from Panera Bread. Tasty lunch in a casual atmosphere. Thanks for the great work!

After all it is a chain restaurant, as for this location, it is kept very clean and the wait staff are very friendly. The food is a little on the pricy side and the soup needs more subsistence, too many times it has had too much broth and too little ingredients. I would avoid this location if you are looking for a speedy lunch...lunch hour causes a HUGE rush at this location which quickly overwhelms staff and seating areas leading to large delays in service. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, laid back atmosphere which to study or converse while dinning I would say this would be a great place.

You are dumb. So dumb. Who are they hiring at this panera? It pains me to write this. Panera has such high quality and reputation, but it is disappointing to have the labor not have a basic 6th grade education at this particular location. My little brother gave his order and the employee we'll call Z stared back blankly saying 'we dont have that sandwich on the menu'. So I stepped up (who talks down to an 11 year old?) "excuse me, you dont have wheat bread, chicken, bacon, and american cheese?" guess what, they do. Then I said "Ill have a pick 2, let me start with a side salad.." "oh! we dont do side salads" WHAT THE HELL. Interrupt me again. I dare you. "May I please have a side salad with just lettuce tomato and balsamic?" She then looks at me like I'm nuts "oh, our salads have a lot more than that." *sigh* At this point I didn't even want to eat. After order I stood there waiting for my cherry danish (to go for daddy), and chocolate chip muffy for my brother. She stared at me 'oh i'm sorry is there something else you need?" "yes, my pastries" First time both on a plate. "I'm sorry, can I have a bag for the danish to take?" Second time both in a bag. #fail.

Let's face it, if there was ever a perfect day for soup, this was it--wind howling, trees cracking under a load of ice. Seems I wasn't the only one who thought so. When I went into Panera Bread just before 12 noon today, the line was almost back to the door. So I was prepared for a wait. There was none. All the registers were manned, other personnel was busy providing cups & trays to the registers as needed. the line moved amazingly fast. While the gentleman taking our order was efficient, he was neither harried nor made us feel rushed. Job well done; I was impressed. The soup was excellent too! Piping hot, rich and creamy. Exactly what I was looking for.

Yeah its a chain and I'm not big on giving too good of a mark as such, but their sandwiches are fresh and terribly good. Today I had the "u pick 2" special for a late lunch. I decided to try the Sierra Turkey, Black Bean Soup, baguet, and sweet tea. Thanks to my cashier for recommending the soup - awesome! Sandwich was tasty & filling. Iced tea was your average sweet tea. Bottom line here: this is a great place for lunch with a variety of options & flavors. Plus I've never had to wait very long for my order.

I go here every week for lunch. I usually get something different, and never had anything bad. Everything is fresh and I absolutely love that they post their calories in-store and their nutritional info on line is excellent. It helps me make good choices.

I often travel out of state and finding good food near the hotel is often a challenge. I noticed the Panera Bread spot and decided to give it a try. There is one in Austin but I had never gone in. I will now put this eatery on my list of places to go. The food was excellent, portions appropriate and the mac n cheese is to die for. Atmosphere is set up like a Coffey shop. Cozy and no rush if you want to read the paper or a book.

One of the poorer Panera Bread locations I've visited. These folks just don't seem to get the basics of the job. They didn't know how to make items from their own menu. A pretty weird experience and very disappointing breakfast food. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was a messy disaster. Won't return.

Great service! New online ordering. . i got a bacon turkey bravo with extra bacon. Broccoli cheddar soup and my $1 off soup could be applied to the pick-2. Nice change, Panera! Love Panera. ..so many favorites on the menu; is really my home away from home. ... Just not home without my buds from back in Ohio but glad to see the same great food and new favorites.

I absolutely love this Panera Bread. I frequent this place almost 3 times a week and each time I greeted by someone, usually the manager and thanked, even if I'm ordering Rapid To Go. The place is kept clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's sometimes very hard to get good customer service, especially when hiring younger people. This Panera has done a great job on making sure that their staff is well trained. I will continue to come here and hold meetings. It's a great place.

When I was stationed here I would come here for breakfast. They suck for breakfast by the way. I visit from time to time for work and had an early morning. I called in my breakfast for pick up. When I showed up they started making it and even forgot a couple items. Lunch is ok. It is what it is. Packed from all the Time ker traffic. It can leave you with healthy options or items that appear healthy but are just as unhealthy as the fast food across the street. Food isn't bad depending on who they have working. I just have consistently bad service. Why do I come back? If I have the time and want some healthy options and variety or am going with a group, I give this place a shot. But I think I'm done blowing my money here.

Great Restaurant in a great location. There is not a big selection of healthy restaurants in the Midwest City/Del City area. This and subway are probably the only two that exist around here. Now you have to be careful though. This restaurant is always packed around lunch time. The secret is to call it in and pick it up. You will notice the long line of frustrated and hungry customers gloating at the fact that you breezed thru the line and landed at the ALWAYS OPEN "pickup/to go" register. As stated, this is a fantastic restaurant and I promise you will enjoy it.

All the staff were incredibly friendly. I stopped on for a to go order & every employee that walked past me said hello and asked how my day was going. Nice to have such a friendly environment. Food was great as well.

How can you forget my order? I had a take two and I did not get my order for about 20 minutes and when I did, you forgot my sandwich of which I had to wait for another 10 minutes .

You really can't go wrong with panera bread no matter where it is located. I usually go to the one in south okc but I work around here and I decided to come. The Plaza is weird but panera bread seems to face the highway. I tried the avocado turkey sandwich and it was good but it wasn't very stable. The moment I lifted it up everything pretty much fell apart so I just ate with a fork. I also got the Caesar salad and while it is good the dressing was way too much especially since I had asked for light on the dressing. This place has much more seating availability which was a plus. The employees here are very friendly much more than the one I usually go too. I'm glad there is a panera nearby since I am pretty much a fan of every thing on their menu!

Not much to recommend or discredit this particular Panera. It feels a little cramped when the place is full, it's clean enough, and the food is standard Panera fare. I did have slightly bad luck with the service. I worked with someone many years ago who didn't seem to have any inner monologue. By that, I mean that while he was perfectly capable of responding to you, having a conversation, or going about his day-to-day life, he gave a strong impression of reverting to an inert automaton until someone or something interacted with him again; he just returned to neutral ... My server seemed much like that, but of course it could just be that my fantastic senses of humor and humility are atrophying.
